Thanks, Kareena - I enjoy people watching and one of my favourite pastimes is attributing them to a tarot court card. Our family are the first people we know, makes sense to use them as our templates.

Thank you for your comment, and welcome to Tarot Elements :)

very well written :-) very often i feel that two cards make up the personality of one person. court cards are so interesting when you attribute them to people you know. when i teach tarot, i make up fictional stories about people who are the court card. its a lot of fun that way as stories are etched in your mind. Like, a knight of pentacles choosing his career over his queen of cups girlfriend who cries, etc. I like attributing these cards to celebrities as well. :-)

Hi Ginger,

Thank you for your comment. As you're no doubt aware, the Tarot Court Cards don't always relate to people in a spread, they can represent many things. I feel the most common, or most important ones are the three I have written about (though the concept isn't my own, unfortunately). Each is unique to each queen, with her influences clearly expressed in those situations, and indeed in any spread they may show up in. Of course this isn't confined to the queens, it's also true of all of the Tarot Court Cards - they each have their own unique influences in any situation, and so it's helpful to see them in the varying situations they can appear in.

Glad you enjoyed the post, thanks for stopping by ;)

Warm wishes,

Catherine
