What is a dream?

dream interpretation

Why do we dream? When is a dream “just a dream” and when do we need to take stock of it, figure out what’s going on & use them to help progress in our lives?

Depending on who you ask, you can get a variety of responses ranging from “Just forget it!” to “Wow, you need some help!” When do we know it’s safe to disregard a dream as excess information your brain doesn’t need and when you need to take a hard look at what’s going on in your waking life?

Through interpretations of symbols, archetypes, repetitive themes and a little sprinkling of tarot, I can help unravel some of the mysteries of dreams, calm the fears that they cause by rationally trying to explain the irrational action that is called Dreaming.

Every day I get an email, a text or a phone call from someone that had a dream that they just couldn’t figure out.  Some felt their dreams were prophetic in nature and had anxiety that awful things would occur.  Other dreams were pure anxiety,  impersonating themselves as images and symbols.  Some were disturbing, some were embarrasing [...]

An unexamined dream is like an unopened letter ~ Torah We all dream! Some people may not remember theirs, but it is a true & necessary process.
