All work created for Tarot Elements, the blog design, logos, images, pictures and written work are all protected by copyright and remain the property of Tarot Elements unless otherwise stated on individual blog posts.

If you’re interested in sharing the work we produce here, please get in touch so we can discuss your requirements. We like sharing and we encourage it so long as it’s done in the right way.

What we don’t like and will not accept under any circumstances, are scraping sites who take our content either in excerpts or in its entirety to fill their sites so they can boost their visitor statistics in order to partner with psychic lines, to earn commissions from click throughs to adverts, or who promote their own services and earn money on the backs of our efforts.

That is a copyright infringement and I take that very seriously. Every instance of copyright infringement that I find, I deal with. None are ignored or left. I will report Copyright Infringements to Google and the offending website’s web host if, upon request, the offending website does not take down the content they have taken unlawfully.

* An RSS feed is not permission to republish the work on Tarot Elements, in an excerpt or in its entirety.

* A link back to Tarot Elements does not negate copyright infringement nor does it remove responsibility in obtaining permission to reproduce the work taken.

* Hotlinking of images is theft, not just because you have reproduced an image found on Tarot Elements without my permission, but also because you’re linking to that image on this server, you are also stealing bandwidth that I’m paying for and you are not. Double theft.

* If you’re filling up your blog or website with syndicated content from Tarot Elements, you are guilty of copyright infringement and I will pursue you to remove it. It may result in you being reported to your web host and Google and being served with a DMCA Take Down Notice.
